In recognition of their dedication, education, and stellar example of land stewardship, the families of the Hillingdon (Giles Family), Leslie (Leslie Family), and Laurels (Langford Family) Ranches were honored as the 2014 Lone Star Land Steward Award winners. Texas Parks and Wildlife Department produced this video in recognition of their dedicated stewardship of the land through excellence in wildlife and natural resource management.

All the images in this production are but a few from the book “Hillingdon Ranch: Four Seasons, Six Generations,” which is a beautifully photographed and written portrait of a ranching family and their life in the Texas Hill Country.
